Terms of Service

Draft. This is a placeholder for the private beta and is not yet a final legal document. It will be replaced by reviewed terms before any paid plan launches.

1. The service

FLOW Terminal ("FLOW", "we") provides browser-based market charts for analysis. During the private beta, access is by invite code only and is free of charge. Features may change, break or be withdrawn at any time.

2. Not financial advice

FLOW is an information and analysis tool. Nothing in it is investment, financial or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading crypto derivatives carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Data accuracy

We build charts from public exchange trade data and work hard to keep them correct, but we can't guarantee the data is complete, accurate or timely. Outages, delays and gaps can happen.

4. Acceptable use

Invite codes are personal. Don't share them, resell access, scrape or bulk-download data, probe or overload the service, or try to get around access controls.

5. Proprietary software

FLOW Terminal, including its software, design, charts, text and logos, is proprietary and owned by its author. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without written permission. Third-party components are used under their own licences, including TradingView Lightweight Charts™ (Apache-2.0).

6. Third parties

Market data comes from Bybit's public data feeds. FLOW isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Bybit or TradingView.

7. Liability

The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.
