Privacy Policy
Draft. This is a placeholder for the private beta and is not yet a final legal document. It will be replaced by a reviewed policy before any paid plan launches.
What we collect
- Invite code session. When you sign in, we set one secure, HTTP-only cookie that tells us which invite code you used. We don't ask for your name, password or payment details.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our server records technical request data (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
- Settings on your device. Your chart preferences, such as shading and timeframe, are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device.
- Emails you send us. If you email us about beta access or feedback, we keep that conversation so we can reply.
- Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, topic, message, IP address and browser type so we can reply and prevent abuse. Tickets are kept until resolved, then removed on request.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no selling or sharing of personal data. We never ask for exchange API keys.
Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. You can ask us to delete beta-related emails at any time.

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, via the contact form or by emailing hello@flowterminal.app.
